Montefalco, Complesso Museale di San Francesco, Chiesa di S. Francesco, Cappella di S. Bernardino da Siena: "Storie di S. Bernardino e Santi", affreschi di Jacopo Vincioli di Spoleto (espressionista gozzolesco). 1461. Nella vela, S. Girolamo con leone (uno dei dottori della Chiesa). Al centro, Crocifissione di Cristo con Madonna, S. Fortunato e S. Giovanni. In basso al centro, S. Bernardino da Siena, a sinistra il Santo, accompagnato da due confratelli, incontra papa Celestino V. A destra, il Santo guarisce un uomo e una donna.

Bernardino and Saints", frescoes by Jacopo Vincioli of Spoleto (Gozzolese expressionist). 1461. In the rib vault, St. Jerome with the lion (one of the Doctors of the Church). At the centre, Crucifixion of Christ with the Virgin Mary, St. Fortunatus and St. John. In the lower centre, S. Bernardino of Siena; on his left the Saint, accompanied by two brothers, meets Pope Celestino V. On his right, the saint heals a man and a woman.
