The aerial picture shows a refugee camp in Rwanda, 18 January 2006. 12 years after the genocide in 1994, during which more than 800,000 people fell victim in a 100-days lasting massacre between the Tutsi and Hutu population, the situation in the country is slowly returning to normal.
