Supplies are loaded from a jeep of the US army onto a passenger car at the border crossing point Helmstedt on the 5th of Novemberin 1963, to supply an American convoy with food, which is held back by Soviet troops at GDR border crossing point Marienborn.
The convoy was stopped, after it had tried to drive on to Berlin without Soviet permission. It could pass later.
