The symbolic key for Saint Augustine on the evening before the German-American fair on 21st July 1967 in Berlin is given to the leading carpenter Günter Kurka (l) to the fair's director US Lieutenant Thomas C. Clary (r). A partly replica of the city Saint Augustine was built on the fair. Saint Augustine is the oldest city in the USA which is founded and consistently settled by Europeans.
