Flag changing at the US town major's in Berlin

The flag of the USA is taken down festively to be exchanged with the German flag later, in front of the residence of former US town major Raymond Haddock, on 19th October 1990 in Berlin. The house is presented to the Federal Republic on occasion of the partly withdrawal of the US troups from Germany.
