Shortly before the announcement of judgements in the criminal court in Frankfurt am Main on the 31st of October in 1968, Horst Söhnlein (l) rolls a cigarette. Thorwald Proll (m), Horst Söhnlein, Andreas Baader and Gudrun Ensslin (to the very right) were accused of having set two shopping malls in Frankfurt on fire and having caused a damage of more than two million mark. The defendants were found guilty of malicious arson, which dangerous for other people, and were sentenced each to three years of prison.
