The lawyer Horst Mahler was arrested on the 8th of October in 1970 in Berlin. A warrent for his arrest was issued, since he freed arsonist Andreas Baader in May 1970. Horst Mahler was camouflaged with a wig and a beard and carried a pistol with ammunition.
