The German and French national flag blows in front of the headquarters of the 5th French armoured brigade in Tübingen on the 21st of December in 1966.
France and Germany had decided on new rights of residence and the status of French troops in the Federal Republic of Germany that day. For example, German flags had to be hoisted next to French ones in front of all French military buildings in Germany.
