British ceremony in memory of Berlin Blockade

A Dakota transport plane, which was used by the Australian air force to fly to the blocked city during the Blockade, is standing in the background. 50 years ago, a "Raisin Bomber" of the Royal Air Force has landed with supply goods only a few meters behind the memorial on the former airport Berlin-Gatow.
