The Easter kiss, portrayed is the custom of the triple brotherly kiss for Easter, which was practiced across all social barriers in what was then Russia. A high-ranking officer, often interpreted as the Russian emperor or a grand prince, lifts up a young cadet to give him the traditional Easter kiss. On the left in the foreground, there is another young cadet student wearing a typical uniform jacket and waiting in a disciplined manner, reproduction of a model from the 19th century. Authentic, file restored for optimal use, exact date of original unknown, nostalgically colored
