Tannenhübel solar park The Tannenhübel solar park near Bobritzsch-Hilbersdorf, financed and operated by the citizens' energy cooperative egNEOS. The project produces electricity for over 300 households and saves around 387 tonnes of CO2 every year. Communities and citizens are financially involved and the added value remains in the region: the park was planned and designed by the local company Sabowind GmbH from Freiberg. Thanks to 40 members of egNEOS, over EUR 250, 000 was raised to finance the solar park, Freiberg, Saxony, Germany
