Flavius Claudius Iulianus, (born 331 or 332 in Constantinople, died on 26 June 363 near Maranga on the Tigris) was Roman emperor from 360 to 363. In Christian sources he is often referred to as Iulianus Apostata, German also Julian Apostata, the apostate, as he had abandoned the Christian faith, authentic, digitally restored reproduction from a 19th century original, record date not stated
