Venustiano Carranza Garza (1857-1920) Mexican politician and revolutionary. A supporter of Francisco Madero and a leader of the Mexican Revolution 1910-1913. Carranza became President of Mexico 1917-1920 and during his term in office the current Mexican constitution was drafted. Assassinated as the result of a military plot.
