Appreciating a music item at the signing the register. Anthony Farr and Suzannah George got married on Saturday December 16, 2005. Anthony was the visionary behind the Starfish Foundation which has raised millions for Aids orphans in South Africa, and Suzannah has headed up an organisation called Oil aimed at educating school children around lifestyle choices relating to HIV/AIDS. Suzannah is daughter of Peter and Alison George. Peter is a well known South African personality in the stock broking world. The wedding was a real reflection of the new South Africa with rich and poor from many cultures. The wedding ceremony itself was held at the yet to be completed Kanyisa church in Tambo Village on the border between Manneberg and Guguletu township. Suzannah has been involved in that community for years and Anthony had joined her there in recent months. The reception was held at the swish Moyo restuarant on the Spier wine estate near Stellenbosch.
