Accession by King Philip V of Spain to the Treaty of Vienna (18 November 1738) between Emperor Charles VI of Germany and Louis XV of France to end the War of the Polish Succession (1733-1735). Spain acceded the following year, signing at Versailles on 21 April 1739. It was ratified by King Philip V at Aranjuez the following 13 May. Article I.
