A method for removal of the breast that is both cruel and imperfect is demonstrated. Instruments include a two pronged fork used for small tumors, a sharp razor-like instrument used for breast amputation, an instrument that facilitates extirpation and is used for small tumors, a single blade instrument that embraces the breast and cuts along the convex, and a truss for a navel rupture.
