Spain, Andalusia, Port of Huelva. Rio Tinto Pier. It was a commercial dock used for the trade of material from mines of the Rio Tinto Company Limited on the Odiel river. Projected by the engineers George Barclay Bruce and Thomas Gibson, it was built between 1874 and 1876. View of the new pier before its inauguration. Drawing by Nao (1843-1884). Engraving by Rico.
