Ivory label found in a mastaba, It would have been attached to a box or jar in the tomb. It is inscribed with the names of King Djet and his estate manager Sekhemka sedj. Also marked on the label is an indication of the contents of the container, the quantity and their place of origin. Egypt. Ancient Egyptian. 1st dynasty, c 3100 2890 BC. Saqqara.
