Paul Follot (1877 - 1941)
Pair of comfortable armchairs with wraparound backrests and rounded armrests. One is upholstered in its original silk fabric with stylized burgundy motifs on a gold background. The arm supports, legs, and seat rail are made of gilded wood with gold leaf, finely carved with elegant motifs of blooming roses set against foliage, scales, and strings of pearls.
