LELEU Jules (1883–1961)
Armchair in solid amaranth wood.
The exposed-frame armchair, carved with chamfered edges, emphasizes the tilted backrest and deep seat. The rounded armrests, adorned with ivory rosettes, rest on faceted supports ending in large scroll-shaped volutes. The swollen lower seat rail supports faceted baluster front legs, with edges inlaid with ivory fillets.

The footstool, with a similarly swollen lower rail, also features faceted baluster front legs with ivory-inlaid edges.
Branded with a cold-stamped mark on the seat rail.
