The city of Lyons offered Bonaparte this dress, which became its official dress. Il disappeared in 1815. This sleeve comes from his tailor Chevallier's collections. He had to replace a sleeve, because Bonaparte spilled sauce on it (it was impossible to clean off). At the time, this sleeve cost 50 francs.
