The Feast of Sacrifice is the climax of the Hajj pilgrimage. It takes place at Mina when millions animals are ritually slaughtered. The sacrifice, made by rich and poor symbolises Abraham`s readiness to sacrifice his son, Ishmael, when a ram was killed instead.
