Vietnam. Saigon. The collections of the Ho Chi Minh City Museum. 65 Ly Tu Trong Street, District 1, which was formerly the Governor of Indochina's residence, then the office of the French High Commissioner after 1945. It served as the Governor of the South's palace during the Diem regime before housing the Supreme Court under the Thieu regime. Here, a bicycle used by the Communist Party to transport ammunition, weapons, and food between Saigon and the liberated zones during the Indochina War and the war with the USA.
