At the top center a robed figure sits beneath a circular halo with rays descending, facing forward while a cloaked figure stands before them with their back to the viewer. Around them are clustered figures with wings, some bowed and some watching, rendered with heavy crosshatching and textured lines. In the lower half a large winged creature occupies the foreground with detailed feathers and a downward gaze, and beside it a smaller animal-like figure crouches. The scene is composed of layered figures and rough rocky forms, with vertical and diagonal etched lines creating shadowed areas and a dense, textured atmosphere.
