The man faces slightly to his left with a composed expression, light wavy hair framing his face, and dressed in a high-collared coat with visible buttons and a cravat at the neck. The oval frame has concentric lined detailing and rests above a sectioned rectangular panel with lined and crosshatched textures. The engraving uses fine lines and crosshatching throughout to create shading and detail.
