To the left a rocky cliff rises with a draped figure leaning forward from its top and an outstretched arm, and vegetation and small plants appear at the cliff base. In the background an arched architectural gateway and additional classical structures sit beneath a sky with clouded horizontal shading and a lone tree with textured foliage near the central column. The scene is rendered in engraved lines with detailed crosshatching and tonal shading.
