In the center, a seated woman in draped clothing is being carried on a stretcher by two muscular men; she leans forward with a downward gaze and her hair is partially braided. Around them are standing figures wearing robes and cloaks, some with head coverings and one wearing a crown, their expressions solemn and turned toward the central group. To the right, soldiers or attendants march carrying long staffs, one with a helmeted figure and a small child-like figure holding a pole. Trees with textured foliage appear on the left and in the distant hills, and a small seated figure is visible atop a distant mound. At the bottom edge there is a horizontal band containing decorative elements and lines of text.
