These prints were published in two volumes from 1777 onwards., an angel appears and reveals a well of water to Hagar, mountains - HH - ideal landscapes, A sepia-toned landscape drawing showing rolling hills, clustered trees, and a large tree with a thick trunk and spreading foliage near the center right. In the foreground a robed winged figure stands facing two kneeling robed figures on a grassy slope. To the left a rocky formation with a natural arch sits above a valley filled with trees and low bushes, and distant mountains appear on the horizon. The sky contains billowing clouds and a few small birds, and there are scattered shrubs and textured ground surfaces throughout the scene.
