In the foreground a group of women stand in a circle holding hands, their flowing dresses and hair detailed with fine lines, while nearby a man plays a flute and another figure dances with an animal on a leash. Smaller figures appear seated or standing among the trees and shrubs, and grazing animals dot the middle ground. The trees have textured trunks and dense canopies with layered shading, and the sky is lightly sketched with soft cloud shapes and a few small birds. The overall composition uses delicate hatching and wash tones to render foliage, figures, and the receding landscape.
