These prints were published in two volumes from 1777 onwards, sea (seascape), rocky coast, Acis wooing Galatea, A sepia-toned landscape drawing showing a coastal scene with a large, leafy tree in the left foreground and rocky cliffs rising on the right, a small sheltered camp beneath a draped canopy near the center where two figures interact, one seated and one standing, boats and small craft on the calm sea in the middle distance, distant cliffs and islands on the horizon, layered clouds and small birds in the sky, scattered trees and shrubs on the cliff faces and shoreline, and textured shading and hatching throughout the composition.
