The outer border is rendered with hatched shading suggesting structural walls and corners. Central panels include a cloud-filled square with a cherubic figure surrounded by clouds and small wreaths, flanked by panels with bundles of trumpets and foliage. Repeating vertical panels display symmetrical leafy scrolls and paired draped banners with shield-like shapes. Narrow vertical strips between larger panels contain slender botanical motifs. The overall color is a uniform aged paper tone with black ink linework, and a circular ink stamp is visible near a bottom corner.
