The other prints in this series are, as indicated on the title page, by Jan van Call (I)., canals, waters (in city), Herengracht (Amsterdam), A wide riverside scene rendered in fine sepia lines shows a row of multi-story buildings with pitched roofs and chimneys lining a tree-bordered quay, trees planted between low fences along the water and a promenade beside the buildings, a small arched bridge spanning the river further back, several small rowboats carrying silhouetted figures on the water in the foreground, a large dense tree mass on the right bank, and a sky filled with soft, horizontally hatched clouds.
