In front of the walls a narrow waterway spans beneath an arched stone bridge. Along the near bank a horse pulls a cart laden with round objects while a driver raises an arm. Nearby a figure carries two buckets suspended from a shoulder yoke. Tall trees frame both sides of the scene and rows of slender trees rise behind the buildings. The engraving features dense line work for shading and crosshatching throughout.
