The facade shows rows of evenly spaced rectangular and arched windows with framed moldings and small balustrades along a continuous horizontal balcony line. The roof is low-pitched with a detailed cornice and a narrow frieze decorated with sculptural relief. The stone surface is rendered with fine stippling and hatching, and the overall composition is symmetrical with strong vertical pilasters at the outer edges. The foreground is plain with the building occupying most of the image.
