According to a note on the verso, the print was located on p. 104 of this album., Person, commander-in-chief, general, marshal, A detailed engraving shows a classical bust of a youthful figure set among architectural fragments and foliage, with the bust positioned on an ornate carved pedestal featuring acanthus leaves and floral rosettes; behind the bust a large tree trunk and leafy branches arch overhead, partially framing the figure, and to the left a row of tall fluted columns and an entablature recede into the background; in the foreground are scattered decorative architectural elements, carved stone blocks, a draped textile or tapestry with braided rope and tassels, rolled scrolls, and leafy plants growing among the ruins, all rendered with fine crosshatching and intricate line work.
