Volumes one and two appeared in 1612. The third volume appeared in 1615 and volume four appeared in 1628. In 1637, Vitale Mascardi published the first reissue of the entire set with numbering., temple, shrine, Roman religion, Temple of Juno Regina, A frontal architectural drawing of a classical temple with a wide stepped platform leading to a portico supported by tall fluted columns topped with ornate capitals, a triangular pediment with layered cornices above, a large recessed central doorway flanked by the columns, symmetrical low wings on either side featuring framed square and arched recesses and horizontal cornices, statuary figures standing on pedestals along the roofline including figures at the pediment corners and on the outer wings, finely hatched shading and stippling used throughout the engraving, and a dense block of engraved text along the bottom margin.
