According to a note on the verso, the print was located on p. 201 of this album., cupids: 'amores', 'amoretti', 'putti', Asiatic races and peoples (with NAME), imperialism, A detailed monochrome engraving shows a pastoral landscape with distant hills and clouds over a body of water, a rocky outcrop on one side and dense foliage and a ruined brick tower on the other; in the foreground a group of figures is gathered including a seated bearded man wearing a turban and a standing woman wearing a crown and holding a curved sword, a long-haired robed figure gesturing toward them, and several nude putti interacting near a stacked block structure; a long scroll unfurls from the seated man and a rectangular tablet rests by the crowned woman, while grasses, bushes, and a few small trees fill the middle ground and stones and textured ground occupy the immediate foreground.
