The seated figure has animal-like lower limbs covered in fur and a cloth wrapped around the waist, while the kneeling figure has short curly hair and a garland around the head. In the background there are clustered trees on one side and a body of water with a small sailboat on the other, with low hills and sparse vegetation along the shoreline; the sky is filled with fine horizontal lines and the scene is framed by a rectangular border.
