The paper shows faint staining and small brown spots, a linear scale bar along the top, and delicate dashed guide lines and small arrows inside many rooms indicating dimensions; thin solid lines mark interior partitions and small square pillars interrupt a corridor near the top center. The overall image has a worn, antique appearance with soft paper texture and slightly uneven edges visible around the drawing.
