One man kneels on the left holding a long-tailed bird; he wears a rounded hat and a robe with wide sleeves. In the center a mounted man in a fur-trimmed garment and a rounded hat holds a bird on his gloved hand while sitting astride a horse with a decorated bridle. To the right a bearded man in a fur-trimmed coat and a rounded hat rides a second horse and gestures with one hand while holding the reins with the other. Stylized trees and leafy plants appear behind and beside the figures, and a simple fence or railing is visible at the right. The ground is indicated with small tufts of grass and low decorative rocks, and a decorative leafy border element runs along the top of the scene.
