On the left is a grotesque humanoid face with exaggerated nose and chin, elongated ears, a rounded caplike headpiece, and a small catlike creature perched atop the headpiece. In the center is a contorted human face with wide open mouth and furrowed brow, hands pulling at a hood or drapery around the head, and a pair of winglike forms extending from the shoulders. On the right is an animallike head with curving twisted horns, a beard, and a long snout, held by a hand gripping a horizontal bar above a shield that displays curved, radiating lines and carved ornamental details.
