A kneeling woman with a hooded cloak and clasped hands faces the central figures while others stand or kneel on steps and platforms, some leaning forward. Draped fabric hangs above and behind the group, and architectural elements like a column and raised edge of a platform appear at the sides. The scene is rendered in fine, hatched lines with areas of shadow and crosshatching, and there is a round basin or large bowl near the lower right.
