The table is covered with a cloth and scattered with small round objects, pouches, and additional sheets of paper, and a bag tied with string sits near the table edge. In the background a window with curtains and folded cloths hangs on the wall above a shelf, and various household items and architectural details such as a doorframe and beams are visible around the room. The drawing uses washes and line work to render folds, shadows, and textures throughout the scene.
