Beyond the water, a low, continuous line of buildings and clustered trees stretches across the horizon, punctuated by a tall, narrow spire and a slender vertical structure. On both sides of the composition, groups of tall trees frame the scene, their detailed foliage rendered with dense, linear strokes. The sky above is filled with horizontal lines and a few rounded cloud shapes, the whole image composed of fine, crosshatched ink lines on a slightly speckled paper surface.
