The lower section features a rectangular carved panel with an ornate circular medallion depicting two cherubic figures in bas relief, surrounded by acanthus leaves and scrollwork. Flanking the central panel are vertical pilasters carved with standing draped female figures and additional decorative motifs. The base rests on a molded plinth with carved foliate patterns and a textured surface. The image has a sepia tone and visible surface scratches and marks.
