The tower shows ornate cross-braced metalwork and two broad horizontal platforms with decorative railings, and its base arches over a landscaped area with trees and formal pathways. Behind and beneath the arch there is a large classical-style building with an arched central facade and flanking wings, and rows of trees and garden elements lead toward the foreground. The overall palette is muted with reddish-brown tones for the tower, soft blues and whites for the sky, and greens and earth tones for the grounds and surrounding buildings.
