Church demolished, Aug. 1908', photographer: attributed to Albert Adriaansz, Amsterdam, 1908, Attributed to, paper, pasteboard, gelatin silver print, height 190 mm x width 143 mm, height 0 mm x width 0 mm, door, parts of church interior (ENTRANCE), Nieuwezijds Chapel, A tall arched wooden door set into a stone frame with layered curved molding, the door surface covered in a grid of recessed circular panels each containing a square inset, the wood showing grain and worn textures with darker spots and scuffs, a rectangular metal plate and small round holes interrupting some panels, fluted stone columns at either side of the doorway rising from a stone threshold, a worn step and a textured ground in front, and a plain light-colored wall surrounding the arch with subtle stains and surface marks.
