The paper has a central vertical fold and a horizontal fold lower on the page, with faint discoloration and small scattered spots. The lower half contains light pencil scribbles and sketches in a slanted arrangement, including a curved line connecting several annotations and faint erased marks. Towards the bottom center there is a bold cursive signature with an underline and a few stray pencil marks and smudges near the lower edges. The overall tone of the page is off-white to beige with slight aging visible around the folds and edges.
