In front of the building a broad dirt pathway slopes downward through an open area where small groups of people are scattered, some standing and some walking. Trees with dense foliage frame the foreground and sides, and low rooftops and clustered buildings extend outward behind and beside the central structure. The image has a sepia tone and a hazy distant horizon with indistinct shapes of more trees and structures.
