Several people are visible around and within the structure, some seated and some standing, wearing layered garments and cloaks; one person stands near the front next to a circular patterned cloth, and another person sits or reclines on a low bench covered with folded textiles. A low wooden fence runs across the middle of the image, and grassy ground occupies the foreground. The overall image is monochrome with high contrast between light and shadow.
